Consultation
I offer a free phone consultation , so you can get a sense of whether we have a good match. It is also an opportunity for me to decide whether or not I will be able to help you.

Rates
This will be discussed during the initial appointment. A session is approximately 60 minutes.

Insurance
I provide all the necessary paperwork for my clients to be reimbursed by their insurance provider. The majority of my clients receive some form of reimbursement from their insurance. Please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Payment
Cash, Cheque, E-transfers (payment must be made before or at the end of the session), Credit Cards (extra charges apply) are accepted for payment at the time of service.
